From the foundational discipline of traditional arts to the high-intensity performance of MMA, we provide a structured path to earn your progress.

To ensure every child receives the best instruction for their age, our kids' Jiu-Jitsu classes are divided into three groups.
Super Little Ninjas (Ages 3–4)
Our youngest martial adventurers start their journey here. We focus on developing basic coordination, listening skills, and the very first steps of martial arts discipline in a high-energy, supportive environment.
Little Ninjas (Ages 5–7)
Perfect for children ready to leap into martial arts with enthusiasm. This program builds on the fundamentals, teaching self-control and focus while helping kids develop the grit they need to succeed in school.
Junior Kohais (Ages 8–12)
An immersive experience where children delve deeper into martial arts discipline. We blend technical skill-building with leadership basics and anti-bullying strategies to help students take accountability for their growth.
Train like an athlete. Think like a martial artist.
Adult MMA (18+)
An accessible yet challenging regimen in Mixed Martial Arts. We combine technical instruction in Boxing, Muay Thai, and Grappling to provide a comprehensive combat sports education in a no-ego environment.
Teen MMA (Ages 13–17)
A transformative arena where teenagers can channel their energy into building resilience. We focus on technical MMA skills, conditioning, and the mindset required to take on life’s challenges.
Fighter Fit Transformation
Get in fighting shape without the sparring. This high-intensity conditioning program uses fight-style training to maximize fat loss, build functional strength, and increase your endurance.

Rooted in tradition. Built for today.
Shorin-Ryu Karate
A traditional Okinawan martial art emphasizing powerful strikes, joint locks, and mental discipline. This is a structured path of self-mastery where students earn their rank through technical precision.
Aikido
A defensive art that blends with an opponent’s movements using joint locks and throws. Aikido emphasizes harmony and redirection of energy, making it a powerful tool for self-defense and mental clarity.
Kobudo (Traditional Weapons)
Extend your training to traditional Okinawan weaponry. In the Nikidokai System, we teach the use of the Bo (staff), Sai, Katana (sword), and Jo (short staff) with an emphasis on safety and focus.
